The customer bears the full shipping costs of 50 riyals, and the product cost will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days. The customer has the right to exchange the product for another product within 4 days from the date of receipt, and the exchange process takes at least 4 days and up to 11 working days. The customer bears the full shipping costs and any price difference if applicable. If the product is defective or not matching the specifications specified at the time of purchase, such as product type, color, or size, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 7 days, and in this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases: returns are not accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt; exchanges are not accepted after 4 days from the date of receipt; used products are neither returned nor exchanged under any circumstances; if the product is changed from its original condition or its contents are lost, then if the product arrives from the customer for exchange or return in a condition other than its original (used or missing contents), the store will send the shipment back as is to the customer, and the customer bears the return and shipping costs.
